Western blot analysis of SH3BP2 expression in M059 whole cell lysates(left) and PC-3 whole cell lysates (right). SH3BP2 was detected using rabbit anti-SH3BP2 pS427 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # P04008) at 1:500. Comparison to a molecular weight marker indicates a band of ~60 kDa corresponding to human SH3BP2 protein. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
